Used Lefort Conqueror 500

This is a Lefort Conqueror 500 shear baler designed for the processing light scrap and car bodies. It is mounted on a steel frame to make it easy to install and fitted with a Scania 9 Litre, 300 HP diesel engine. It has a 5.0m length box paired with 240T per side closing force and a 120T baling ram. The lids of the box are closed by 2 cylinders per side to fold the material into the form of a log. The material can then either be further compressed into a light bale or sheared to length with the 500T cu􀦮ng head which is also fitted with a 120T hold down. All functions can be controlled and adjusted from the operator’s cabin or with the Lefort remote control system.
