Lefort UK Ltd have recently installed a brand new Koloss 1000 TS shear baler at Reliance Scrap Metals in Poole, Dorset. Reliance have had many Lefort shears over the years and testimony to how well they look after them, many of their previous machines are still giving good service in other yards today.
This Lefort Koloss 1000 TS replaces their previous shear, a Lefort Midway 1000 TS from 2016. The new model has a larger box length of 8 metres, a greater lid force on each lid of 400T and increased baling ram of 180T.
Reliance are very pleased with their new purchase and the improvements that this model has over their previous machine are proving to again increase their production rates. We wish Reliance many more years of happy shear with their Lefort Koloss 1000 TS shear baler.
