Amazon shears
are the largest in the Lefort range. Available with a choice
of either the T.S. box (Lefort wrap-a-round box) or side compression
box they are suitable for processing large tonnages of ferrous
metal. The Amazon range offers a choice of three models, 1000T,
1250T and 1400T shear force. Strong, and fast Amazon shears
are ideal as the hub of a high volume metal processing operation.
Linked to a conveyor system that can
transport sheared
material to storage or further processing areas high production
figures and superb economy of operation have been achieved.
Two different box lengths of 8 metres or 10 metres are available.
A hopper for rapid recharging of the box is standard, with a
choice of operators cabin or remote control for one-man operation.
Computer monitoring with GUI showing all of the machines functions
is also available.
