Mobile Shear/Balers
are fully mobile units that are suitable for shearing or baling
both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. They comply with EEC road
regulations and can be driven to where they are needed. This
total mobility is invaluable for processors who operate from
more than one site or who offer a shearing or baling service
to other processors. The running gear of the Lefort mobile
shear/baler
is fitted directly to the machine making it lighter than a portable
or static machine placed on a trailer. This integrated running
gear also improves road handing, which has safety and economy
implications. On site the tractor unit can be freed for other
duties whilst the machine is operated. Available with shear
forces of 500T, 600T, 750T and 900T.
